This message looks at the connection of earthly marriages (and engagements) to the heavenly marriage between Christ and his church--and makes the case that since the bride of Christ is supposed to keep herself pure for her wedding day (2 Corinthians 11:2), Christians should keep themselves pure for their wedding day.
Every sane Christian agrees that sex before marriage is wrong, but what about kissing? What about a little peck? How romantic can we get on a date? Perhaps the question should be: How can I keep myself for my beloved, who is out there somewhere?
