This message is in memory of Isaiah Jimenez, who was murdered last Friday night in a restaurant in Long Beach. Isaiah and his wife, Yesenia began attending Anchor a year ago. Isaiah came out of a prison and gang past. He wanted to follow Jesus and was uniquely gifted as a speaker and leader. But he struggled harshly to shake his old life. He had drifted away from the Lord in recent months, but he seemed destined to return stronger than ever--and to fulfill what must be a call of God on his life. Until he was suddenly gunned down last Friday.
