"Live out that death!"
This is what the Apostle Paul is saying in the book of Colossians. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, then an amazing thing has happened to you, even if you're not fully aware of it. Few of us are. The old "you" has been radically made over by God. It's like you went through "Extreme Makeover" spiritually, woke up the next morning, looked in the mirror and saw the old person.
Most of us recognize that the Bible says a lot about being a new person in Christ, being born again, etc. But do we know how to "make it work"?
In this message we look at one of the most important aspects of Christian growth: learning and appropriating the change God has already worked in our souls. To the degree that we grasp this truth, we can start to become (in our daily lives) who we already are (theologically).
