Community Groups

There is no such thing as "going to church."  The New Testament portrays the church as a body of Christ followers loving and serving each other.  We are the church.  The connection is so intimate it could not possibly be fulfilled by attending a church service for an hour on Sunday.

Sunday morning is important for bringing the people of God together as a large group to worship, hear the gospel of God preached and maintain a unity of purpose and direction.  But the emphasis the New Testament places on loving one another, serving one another, using our gifts and strengths to minister to one another compels us to live life together beyond Sunday.
